Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Need to manage team of 10-15 members 2 Client facing role and assist SDM 3 Lead all P1 and Critical calls along with project work 4 Lead all internal and external audits of Client 5 Assist DU lead from compliance perspective
    
  • Technical Experience : CCNP or CCIE preferred Good knowledge in Palo alto and Checkpoint Good knowledge in Load balancer like Citrix ADC Good knowledge in Cisco Viptela Good understanding of cloud technologies
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1 Good in written and verbal communication 2 Work independently and ready to take decision on case to case basis 3 Flexible in shifts and anytime avaliability
