  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : a: Maintenance administration of Genesys Cloud Contact Center services including edge devices administration and management b: Provide L3, L4 support for operational activities c: Vendor management for resolving major production issues d: Prepare and present client and management dashboards
    • Technical Experience : a: 4 years experience implementing and managing complex contact center solutions b: Experience in Genesys Cloud solutions c: Experience in IVR, routing and reporting concepts including monitoring tools d: Implementation and solution design experience to create new setup and installation of CTI interfaces and integration e: Experience to implement changes as per requirement
    • Professional Attributes : a: Good communication skills b: Ready to work in shift
    • Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in engineering
    • Additional Information : Knowledge on VOIP, SQL, PBX, ACD
