• Key Responsibilities : Provide Level-2 support and troubleshooting of the network issues with respect to the projects/internal environment Meet customer expectation by the timely delivery of all network services per the defined in OLA Deliver the result by adhering to the defined processes like ISO 20000, ISO27001, BS25999 Ability to work with teams and flexibility towards working on shifts required Ensure availability of various network services at a level of 999 Coordination with other support functions
  

• Technical Experience : Mandatory: - Strong technical knowledge on configuring and troubleshooting any of the firewalls Strong technical knowledge on configuring and troubleshooting Switching and Routing

  Moderate Skills:- Knowledge on Any wireless technology, Experience in VPN Configuration and troubleshooting, Knowledge on Switching environment with STP, VTP, HSRP etc, Knowledge on QoS and Packetshaper Additional Beneficial Skills:- Industry certifications: CCNA mandatory or CCNP Knowledge of ITIL
