  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : Monitor and manage all physical and virtual server environments agnostic of OEMs as per the agreed SLAs with respect to the performance, availability and quality of service This will include managing the following: A: Availability of the server B: Hardware pre-failure and post-failures C: Disk space utilization D: Memory utilization E: Processor utilization
    • Technical Experience : A: Network utilization related to the server B:Monitoring log files C: All services monitoring D:Validate the alerts for false-positives E: Log tickets in the service desk system for valid alert
    • Professional Attributes : A: Communication Skills B: Technical Competency C: Flexibility
