  • Technical Experience : 1 Strong LANDeskEPM skills Act as a Subject Matter Expert in the field 2 Expert in Desktop security options and alternatives 3 Expert troubleshooting skills including SSO troubleshooting 4 Expert software repackaging skills 5 Expert User Workspace Manager UWM and Environment manager skills 6 Expert GPOs knowledge 7 Expert in producing documentation for transition of project to BAU 8 Proficient in AD object maintenance
