Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : 1 Manage Windows Desktop Imaging and Application Packages with Microsoft SCCM 2 Manage and Support Microsoft Office 365 Implement IT Security Solutions and Controls adhering company standards and policies 3 Perform L2/L3 Support function for desktop-related escalation 4 Evaluate new End User Computing technology and build the roadmap
    • Technical Experience : 1 Responsible for planning, testing, tuning, configuration and setup of Microsoft Exchange architecture and sharepoint as well as supporting common email applications Outlook, PDA based email 2 Monitor Windows 2008/2012/2016 and beyond servers where Exchange is Installed and troubleshoot problems 3 Basic Knowledge of O354 and Skype 4 Solution Deployment on SharePoint 5 Troubleshooting SharePoint L1, L2 L3 issues 6 Well conversant with PowerShell 7 An understanding of patch management software
    • Professional Attributes : 1Take part in 24x7 on-call rotation 2 Work in shifts and out of hours evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays if required 3 Travel to other locations when required
    • Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in engineering
    • Additional Information : 1 Configuration of SSL Certificates on SP Servers
