Responsibilities:
Resource is responsible for performing the following:
1. Respond to tickets raised from event monitoring and incidents logged by users;
2. Fulfill Service Request
3. Provide recommendation on Cloud-based platform enhancements and improvements;
4. Train new resources on how to support VMs hosted via Cloud
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or other related courses
- Knowledge of Virtualization and Cloud Technologies like Microsoft Azure and VMware
- Knowledge in SAP Applications
- Should possess skills on patching and installing and removing of applications on SUSE
