Responsibilities:
• Maintain overall health and administration of Azure Cloud environment
• Perform instance creation and startup
• Create managed disk or unmanaged disk, manage Recovery vaults, managed disk, NSG rules, VNETs
• Manage OMS and Log Analystics. Create dashboards to monitor server component
• Attend to incident, request, change order and problem tickets using the agreed SLA.
• On-Call Support during weekdays and weekends.
• Monitor and provide recommendation when Azure Cloud maintenance is scheduled
• Perform monthly server inventory or as needed.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and resolution of server related issues.
• Perform documentation or KBDB for known issue.
• Perform ticket updates every day until closure.
• Assist in planning and implementation of virtual machine upgrade, security implementation and investigation, capacity planning and monthly status report
• Recommend solution to existing issue and problem
Qualifications
Bachelors in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or other related courses
Good knowledge of the Azure platform
Ability to utilize effective techniques to determine root causes of problems, use tools and techniques for anticipating, recognizing and resolving operational problems, and identify and mitigate risk
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, give consideration to views and concerns of others, achieve objectives through teamwork, and deliver on commitments
