  • Key Responsibilities : Network Security L3 level end to end support including Incident, Problem and Change Management remotely Active participation and direct towards solution for P1, P2 other troubleshooting bridge calls Prepare different Network services related report from tools on periodic basis and share with client Prepare weekly deck for Network services present that into weekly calls Perform daily morning health check and send report to client
    
  • Technical Experience : Proficient on Cisco Switching with Nexus 7k, 5k, 2k, Catalyst 6509, 4503, 3850, 3750, 2960, VSS, Port-channel, Stack switching Proficient on Cisco Routing with OSPF, BGP, Static routing, VRF Proficient on Cisco ASA and Firepower Firewalls Proficient on FortiGate Firewall Proficient on Cisco Wireless Proficient on Citrix NetScaler Load Balancer and Access Gateway Knowledge on Cisco ACS, Prime, NNM
