  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Handle BAU activities like incident management , problem management , change management 2 Participate in P1 and P2 calls and help in trouble shooting issues 3 Work directly with the customers on the MAC Tower 4 Take proactive decisions or suggest improvement
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Knowledge of DEP, JIM ADCS C 2 Knowledge of Bash, Apple Script 3 Knowledge of JAMF Pro Imaging and Deployment 4 Knowledge of Apple Packaging Deployment 5 Is also responsible for the Macintosh desktop setup, software troubleshooting, and general support services 6 Experience with JAMF Pro Tools Composer, Remote, recon, Admin 7Knowledge on Hw platforms including iMac, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, Mac Mini 5 Knowledge on JAMF Pro Cloud for management of OSX devices
