  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : Experience in of Operations support Handle L1 Activities on Jira and SNOW tickets Work through KBs to provide information to end client Raise SNOW ticket for L2 up issues and follow-up with relevant team Azure Fundamental knowledge Azure Infra experience
    • Technical Experience : Develop the Operations model for current Azure Env with Operations Lead Handle L1 Activities on Jira and SNOW tickets Work through KBs to provide information to end client Raise SNOW ticket for L2 up issues and follow-up with relevant team Coordinate between Client SME to Trouble shoot issue with and provide solutions Involve on triage call with different team to resolve the issues Handle generic mail inbox, incidents Azure Fundamental knwoledge
