• Project Role Description :Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1: Provide second and third level technical support for a mission critical Windows server environment including server deployment, migrations, upgrades, patch management, application support, virus remediation, debugging events, business continuity, operational and disaster recovery 2: Handle go-live and cut over activities for migrations 3: Responsible for the engineering design, setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all Windows Servers and related technologies in Azure
    
  • Technical Experience : 1: Administer and provide day to day operational support for the Azure environment 2: Azure/Windows experience - 4 years 3: Experience working on an infrastructure team - 5 years 4: Knowledge and experience working security and/or patching issues 5: Participate/supported Go-live and DR events -3 Years 6: Create architecture diagrams, demonstrate Azure features
