  • Key Responsibilities : -The responsibilities of this role will be to work with infrastructure tools monitoring team to analyze and implement New Relic monitoring for wide range of applications -Provide a pro-active escalation support and response to end user impacting events that are caused by application, network or platform issues
    
  • Technical Experience : Must have skill- Micro focus Tools -Good knowledge of implementation and support of any 2 Microfocus tools OBM, Sitescope, OBR -3 years of experience in IT Industry with minimum 2 years active exposure in Microfocus -Hands on experience in handling the operation activities client server and application monitoring -Manage and maintain all the administration tasks related to monitoring tools -Experienced with Linux/Unix system monitoring and analysis
    
  • Professional Attributes : - Manage and maintain all the administration tasks related to monitoring tools -Good to have knowledge on BSM, OBR, New Relic and Sitescope tools
