  • Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : - Manage day to day tasks - monitoring of all MNA/MINT Infrastructure Systems and Perform Daily checklists - Should be independently working - Daily basis status reporting with ONSHORE coordinator - Attend daily calls, acknowledge and serve incidents within SLA timeline - Coordinate and work with TEAM
    • Technical Experience : - Actively monitor of all the scheduled batch processes - Communicates collaborates with IT teams to gather risks forMEFC Month/Quarter/Year end close and share with leadership to be presented in Executive Close readiness meeting - Collect all MEFC tickets/Run-time statistics and publishes them in a post-mortem that is shared amongst Markel team/Leadership in order to focus on lesson learned, root cause analyst and drive issue resolution/future development - Developed Automated workflows
    • Professional Attributes : - Should be having experience in service management - Should be flexible to work in shifts 24/7 - Should be experienced in SDLC and waterfall model - Good analytical skills and attitude
    • Educational Qualification : Any Graduate
