  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : A-Respond to tickets from batch schedule failure and take corrective action as requiredB-Provide troubleshooting, resolution and escalation of incidents for job failures as per the run book and if required Escalate batch job failures to the designated job ownersC-Start and stop jobs manually where automated processes do not existD-Use Client-provided job scheduling tool Tidal, for managing, automating job execution eg, job workflow processes, interdependencies, Clients contacts
    • Technical Experience : A-Start and stop jobs manually where automated processes do not existB-Identify and report incidents for job failuresC-Execute re-runs as requested by Client, and restart jobs according to the written operational procedures eg, procedures for successful back outD-Monitor the job run to verify jobs started and completed on time
    • Professional Attributes : A-Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization B-Ability to operate independently and make decisionC-Flexible to work in 24x7 shiftD-Take part in weekend or holiday on call support
    • Educational Qualification : Bachelors Degree
