Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Key Responsibilities : a: Is responsible to Coach, mentor and develop the team Scrum Analyst, Developers, Automation QA to high performance b: Should be able to Organize and facilitate the Scrum/Agile process as required, including key Scrum events c:Manage projects with top-down oversight from inception to completion d: Must Ensure the Sprint backlog is owned by the team, and they are using a Definition of Done for ensuring quality and transparency to deliver a working Increment at the end every sprint
    
  • Technical Experience : a: Must have at least 2 years experience in a scrum master role b: Should have Experience with Software Development Teams c: Must have knowledge of various Agile / Lean frameworks
