  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Perform daily operational tasks submitted by customer through ticket system 2 Prepare network or infrastructure Visio topology diagrams, write SOP, maintenance plans and provide status reports 3 Troubleshoot network problems, network device configurations coordinate with other teams various department administrators to facilitate connectivity issue resolution 4 Provide technical support to various departments and users with regards to wireless infrastructure
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Advance knowledge on BGP, OSPF routing protocol, VRF and virtualization, overlay technologies, Network load balancing, route summarization, route distribution, Quality of Service, Wireless deployment and troubleshooting, DC LAN, VSS, Stack switching, IP services, level 3 troubleshooting on WAN and DCLAN, Wireless 2 Product knowledge must on Nexus, Cisco ISR, Cisco ASR, F5 Big IP load balancer, Cisco Wireless and Aruba 3 Experience in NOC handling and wireless support tools and applications
