  • Key Responsibilities : -Effectively and efficiently leads a medium to large high performing globally dispersed team, ensuring all SLAs and areas of compliance, ie personnel management and audits are met within stated deadlines -End to end ownership and accountability within area of responsibility and scope of services focused on outcomes to deliver high quality, dependable, cost effective, technology services for our customers -Ability to influence Leadership, peers and subordinates in a productive way
    
  • Technical Experience : Core Technical hands on expertise in - Wintel, VMware - Cloud - VDI - Hypervisor Technologies - Active Directory
    
  • Professional Attributes : -Responsible for effectiveness of documentation and automation in area of responsibility and ensure adherence, ie critical services are monitored, backed up and are recoverable -Ability to work independently, anticipate, identify and assess complex issues
    
  • Educational Qualification : Minimum Graduate- BTech, BE, BCA, BSc computers or BSc IT Masters degree on computers/IT preferred
