  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : 1 This role includes problem management, client liaison, technical architecture and product development 2 engineer will provide 2nd Line Support for supporting analysts, end users and delivering functions under the Enterprise Voice Portfolio Support typically takes the form of investigating and resolving problems, incident handling Availability and performance monitoring, routine start-up and close-down and maintenance of operating plans and schedules
    • Technical Experience : 1 Voice over IP principles and PBX functionality Asterisk, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Dialer, ICM, Cisco Presence SIP, SCCP, H323, etc 2 VPN and other remote connectivity 3 Cisco switches, routers and firewalls 4 Cisco Collaboration Product Knowledge is added advantage 5 NICE/Verint Recording Knowledge
    • Professional Attributes : Good Communication and Team Management Skills
    • Educational Qualification : 1 Cisco Unified Call Manager and Cisco Unified Compute System certification on VoIP systems 2 CCNA
    • Additional Information : Need Deal Looking for Both Internal and External candidates
