  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : a: Good knowledge across Unified Communication capabilities such as Voice Services, Video conferencing, Web conference, Webcast, Instant Messaging such as Jabber, Teams b: Hands on troubleshooting of Instant Messaging Jabber, WebEx Teams - HCS, IMP c: Supporting end user client and resolve issues related to web conferencing to address Audio / Video quality issues d: Provisioning and troubleshooting of WebCasting and Mass notification system Intrado e: Remote troubleshooting of Video Conferencing
    • Technical Experience : a: 5-7 years of experience b: Product/Solution knowledge of Cisco, Avaya Aura Portfolio including IP Office, Cisco Unified Communication Manager, Session Manager and System Manager, Messaging c: Experience in handling voice services including managing end user devices remotely, phones physical installation, troubleshooting, gathering local logs and work on CUCM, CUC, expresways, CUBE d: Should have competent knowledge and experience Unified Communication product portfolios on Cisco
    • Professional Attributes : a: Experience in team handling and managing day to day operation helping team to resolve customer issues b: Flexible to work in 24x7 environment c: Good communication skills and end user handling capabilities - Should be able to communicate assertively over conference calls
    • Educational Qualification : Graduate
    • Additional Information : a: Good collaboration skills b: Ability to develop operational documentation
