  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : -Develop and maintain technical skills and understanding of the Accenture Cloud Platform -Take ownership for the co-ordination, investigation, and documentation of customer requests, issues, and problems -Act as the primary point of contact for the customer -Log customer problems/requests/issues with proper documentation -Ensure that correct resolutions are discovered and involve appropriate parties in resolving problem
    • Technical Experience : -In-depth knowledge of Cloud Computing Fundamentals, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Delivery Models, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform -Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends
    • Professional Attributes : -Strong communications skills -Excellent organizational skills -Ability to quickly establish good working relationships with clients -Enthusiasm for continual learning
    • Educational Qualification : Btech
