  • Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : 1 Demonstrates a breadth and depth of operational service delivery management expertise, Client and Stakeholder management at Mid to Senior levels preferably in a large global environment 2 Ability to engage and foster confidence in stakeholders at operational and strategic levels 3 Should have strong fundamentals on Cloud technologies, automation and nextgen tools and technologies 4 Ensure resources, capabilities and capacity to meet Customer expectations
    • Technical Experience : Candidate to have minimum 13 years of relevant experience in managing complex program delivery with team size of 50 and above 2 Experience in Managing transformations, onsite offshore teams 3 Experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructure projects and operations 4 Experience in managing transitions of enterprise IT infrastructure engagements 5 Experience In independently and successfully leading large multi track Technology programs from conceptualization, commercialization, contracting
    • Professional Attributes : Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 2 Strong team player 3 Must be able to work with minimal direction Self-directed
    • Educational Qualification : 1 Engineering Graduate from reputed institute / University 2 Post-graduation / MBA preferred
    • Additional Information : Extensive Knowledge of Datacenter Services, Work Place Services / End user computing, Service Desk
