Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : 1 Ensuring that the global network infrastructure is fully documented and performing as required for internal and customer SLA guarantees and expectations by means of specific metrics and measurements 2 Provision of third line support for the Service Delivery and Infrastructure Technical Services Team 3 Driving operational projects to improve systems, processes and service delivery quality within the team, department, and wider business 4 Publishing, improving and managing internal IT document
    • Technical Experience : 1 Liaising and if required escalating within team to provide knowledge transfer to ensure a consistent level of systems understanding is achieved 2 Knowledge and hands-on experience of LAN/WLAN/WAN support for voice, data and video networks at Access and Core network layers Technical knowledge of Cisco products and technologies Nexus, Catalyst, VSS, ASA, WLAN, Meraki and ISE 3 Working experience on Cisco ISE for Dot1x Wired and Wireless implementation use case and troubleshooting expertise
    • Professional Attributes : 1 A strong customer focus with excellent communication verbal/written and influencing skills Should be a team player and knows all channels of escalation 2 Should be aware of all the available resources and when in a crisis situation how to use them effectively
    • Educational Qualification : 1 Minimum Graduate on BTech, BE, BCA, BSc computers or BSc IT 2 Masters on computers and IT
    • Additional Information : Flexible and 24x7 support requirement
