  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Experience in Desktop management which includes OS, Application, Hardware troubleshooting 2 Experienced using Microsoft Endpoint / Software Center Configuration Manager 2012 SCCM / Microsoft Deployment Toolkit MDT to develop custom operating system images and patching solutions 3 Troubleshooting and maintenance plans, App-V and VDI , GPO, AD Security and Compliance Configurations 4 Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting system, application and network related issues
