  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Will be working on Remote sessions of End User Machines to perform troubleshooting of reported issue 2 Work on installing software 3 Solving Technical Issues
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Driver Management 2 Experience deploying/imaging Mac hosts 3 In depth knowledge of Active Directory 4 Understanding of Apple Push Notification Services APNS 5 Should have good knowledge of JAMF/SCCM 6 Good knowledge of MAC - OS trouble shooting
