  • Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : 1 Ensure the effective support and delivery of system tools SCCM, Intune, Active Directory to support the transition to Windows 10, Office365 and BYOD,COD 2 Primarily ownership of the EUC ticket queue, providing 3rd line technical support for IT incidents and problems Working alongside vendors as appropriate to investigate solutions Tickets are to be owned until successful resolution May include escalation management to third party vendors, including Microsoft Premier Support
    • Technical Experience : 1 Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication, customer handling and interpersonal skills 2 Ability to effectively team with peers in a large, matrixed organisation, including experience with onshore, near-shore and off-shore delivery teams
    • Professional Attributes : Work in shifts 24x7 and out of hours evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays if required
    • Educational Qualification : BE or Equivalent
