  • Key Responsibilities : A-Incident management, SR, Change and Problem management B-Handling of tickets Incidents and SRs C-Maintaining SLAs of tickets D-Handling desktop issues related to Windows, Office, IE, GPOs etc E-Handling SCCM related tasks like OSD requests, client remediation, patching remediation, reporting etc F-Handling GPO related requests G-Basic understanding of AD, DHCP, DNS, GPO, File and Folders, Printers, Networking etc H-Basic understanding of Application packaging
    
  • Technical Experience : A-Windows 7, 10 B-MS Office 2016, Office 365 C-Moderate SCCM and MDT understanding D-Moderate understanding of AD, DHCP, DNS, GPO, File and Folders, Printers, Networking etc E-Moderate understanding of Application packaging F-Understanding of One Drive, MS Edge Chromium, MS Teams G-Software Updates Patch Activity , OSD Deployment ,MDT , SCCM server administration, Application Package Deployment
