  • Key Responsibilities : -Responsible for SCCM Infra -Should Drive all Escalation within SCCM -Should interact With Client on Daya to day basis -Provide regular update to Client and to higher Management -Capture all open discussion points and get the open issue to Closure -Responsible for Managing complete SCCM Architecture -Responsible for creating OS Image for client using MDT-Quarterly
    
  • Technical Experience : -Understanding of SQL and Reporting -OS Language integration with image as per the geographical location of site -OSD - Standalone Media -Driver management through MDT and SCCM -Good understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy and User Profiles concepts -Symantec Antivirus Expertise and Client Troubleshooting Issues -Good understanding of reporting technologies through SQL and other tools -Understanding of Application Packaging for Windows and MAC -Having Knowledge on JMAF and MAC
