  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Responsible for ensuring availability and performance of the databases that support the system 2 Proactively monitor the database systems to ensure secure services with minimum downtime 3 Responsible for improvement and maintenance of the databases to include rollout and upgrades 4 Working knowledge on MSSQL Cluster, Log-shipping , Always-on and Mirroring Database upgrade 5 Good knowledge of O/S 6 Cross skilled in at least one more RDBMS
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Experience must have been gained in a production environment
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1 Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customer stake holders at varying levels of the organization 2 Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision
