  • Key Responsibilities : 1 In-depth understanding of MDM architecture 2 Hands-on knowledge on Administrator tools offered by Microsoft/MobileIron/AirWatch/Citrix/Blackberry/Mass360 3 Strong understanding about MDM, MAM, MCM and MAMWE 4 Ability to serve as the top most escalation point for MDM related issues 5 Understanding of Agile methodologies with efficient Problem-Solving skills and Analytical skills 6 Managing the device configuration, compliance and security policies in mobility solutions
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Hands-on knowledge on Administrator tools offered by Microsoft/MobileIron/AirWatch/Citrix/Blackberry/Mass360 2 Knowledge on JAMF and relevant policies 3 Hands-on knowledge on iPhones, iPads, Androids, Macbook and SurfacePro
