  • Key Responsibilities : A: Responsible for administration and maintenance of highly available enterprise ServersB: Monitor performance, errors, and warnings on Linux systemsC: Troubleshoot performance problems and propose short term fixes and long-term solutionsD: Refresh data from one environment to another at the request of the application development staffE: Follow, maintain, and produce in-house documentation for repeatable processesF: Follow ITIL practices for Change Management
    
  • Technical Experience : A: Provide L L3 support on Linux servers hosted on VMware, OCI, Azure cloud infrastructureB: Installation, Configuration and administration of Linux Servers - VM, PhysicalC: Good knowledge on High availability Cluster, VCS, PCS D:Performance tuning and OS hardeningE: OEL or RHEL OS upgradeF: RedHat satellite server or Spacewalk support and maintenanceG: Good Knowledge on Linux NIS, AD, LDAP, PAM and User ManagementH: Good Knowledge of troubleshooting skills in a support environment
