  • Technical Experience : Primary Skill: IT governance, Infrastructure Manager, Datacenter operation management, Service Delivery

    High level of understanding of Platform, Database and Network Infrastructure technologies Good Understanding of ITSM processes and SLA management

    Exposure on Risk assessment and project planning

    Functional knowledge on Windows OS and Virtualization technologies, MS exchange, AD, EMC storage, AWS cloud, Network Hardware, SQL DBA
