  • Key Responsibilities : A Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer B Liaising with the customer technical representatives and vendor management and co-ordination C Create and Manage requests on ITSM tool Individual contributor role Work in 24 x 7 support model
  • Technical Experience : A Experience and understanding of Genesys framework 8x Genesys Voice Platform GVP 8x B Experience writing IVR applications using Genesys composer C Experience with JAX WS web service framework D Experience in SQL PL SQL Stored procedures E Understanding of Genesys SIP components PBX and Avaya F Understanding of Apache Tomcat application server and Linux G knowledge and experience with J2EE framework JSP Servlets H knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies
  • Professional Attributes : A: Good verbal and written communication skill to connect with customer at varying levels of organization B: Ability to operate independently and make decision
