  • Key Responsibilities : Perform daily operational tasks submitted by customer through ticket system Incident and Service Requests -Work on network or infrastructure Visio topology diagrams, write SOP, maintenance plans and provide status reports other operational, maintenance tasks -Troubleshoot network problems, network device configurations coordinate with other teams various department administrators to facilitate connectivity issue resolution -Change creation, review and approval
    
  • Technical Experience : -Data Networking Installation, Configuration Troubleshooting Data Center Network devices Cisco Nexus 9K,7K/5K -L2 ,L3 domains VLAN,VTP,VPC,OSPF,BGP,MPBGP-EVPN and Cisco ACI APIC versions 41/42,Multi-Pod -Multi-Site Network Implementation, Hyperflex solutions -lay tech Config Troubleshooting-SDN,SDWAN,VXLAN -Automation Scripts, Automation Pipeline, Debugging, Error Resolution, RCA Analysis
    
  • Professional Attributes : -Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment -Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment -Desire to work in an information systems environment -Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal/leadership skills
