  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : a: Leading the changes, implementation and assessment from start to finish b: Authorization to approve/reject all types of changes post checking the proper documentation and necessary communication,Coordinate and conduct meetings with Change advisory board CAB to discuss higher risk changes c: Ensures that all the activities designed to implement the change are as per the standards to meet project goals/SLAs d: Provide necessary information to the owner of the change and resolve issues
    • Technical Experience : a: 5-7 years of work experience b: Understands how IT service management supports and enables the business c: Possesses a services solution orientated approach d: Attention to quality an eye for detail e: Possesses a services solution orientated approach f: Open to flexible work conditions to ensure the availability of services and delivery
    • Professional Attributes : a: Service Operations Delivery experience, Flexible to work in 24x7 environment b: Should have knowledge of SLAs OLAs and KPIs c: Team player who also works well independently d: self-motivated
    • Educational Qualification : Graduation
    • Additional Information : a: Good communication and collaboration skills, Ability to develop operational documentation
