  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : A-Provide analysis for programs that include pipeline improvement initiatives, win, loss, account planning and campaign management B-Provide operations support and reporting to leadership to help them run their portfolios, understand key performance metrics and drive performance improvements
    • Technical Experience : A-Hands on-production of reports, scorecards other deliverables and analysis B-Juggle multiple requests, prioritize according to stakeholder needs C-Managing conflicting stakeholder priorities D-Working knowledge of tools like Power BI, MS Excel, PowerPoint F-Budget management , Project Management Skills , Good Knowledge on MS Excel PowerPoint Staffing
    • Professional Attributes : A-Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization B-Ability to operate independently and make decisionC-Flexible to work in 24x7 shiftD-Take part in weekend or holiday on call support
    • Educational Qualification : Bachelors Degree
