  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : Must have skill: Empower CDS and Nugenesis Deep knowledge in Empower CDS application, Experience in Empower Administration Activities, Good understanding of different types of CDS instruments, ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues by working remotely, Good communication skills, Experience in working on a Pharma domain, good understanding of GMP guidelines Experience in troubleshooting and resolving CDS Instrument / Instrument controller issue remotely NuGenesis Support experience
    • Technical Experience : Good understanding of the application architecture, Basic Windows and Network troubleshooting skills, Nugenesis Application support experience, People Management and Presentation skills Should have 2-3 years of experience in Empower Application Support and Maintenance, experience in handling complex issues Experience in Empower User Access Management, Project archival restoration process, System creation, ICS installation etc Experience in handling client calls and client communications
    • Professional Attributes : Good understanding of Instrument Configuration, Chromatography process, Method set configuration etc Problem Management experience , ability to coordinate with different Infra team to troubleshoot and rectify application and connectivity issues
