Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Key Responsibilities : a: Implementation LAN or WAN, including routers, switches, Cisco ECDN, Cisco WAAS, Load balancers, with MPLS and VPN, ACI products b: Prepped and researched proposed changes to customers network before implementationc: Providing Necessary Info or Support to L2 team in Critical outages d: Vendor Coordination Assistance to L2 Teams e: Ensure that activities within a process are being performed at a high level of quality
    
  • Technical Experience : a: 5-7 years of LAN or WAN-Routing , Cisco routers, switches, Cisco Wireless ,ACI products, Nexus, Nortel switches, BIG IP or F5 LB, Cisco WAAS, Cisco ECDN b: Good Knowledge in BIG-IP F5 Products, Expert on Cisco Autonomous series c: Wireless LAN products Knowledge on network devices is must d: CCNA Certified preferred e: Experience in Wireless bridging techniques like PTP and PTMP f: Knowledge of wireless standards f: Knowledge on ITSM tool Incident or Change or Asset Management
