  • Key Responsibilities : responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of a highly available 24x7 Data Storage environment This environment consists of storage devices like, EMC VNX, DD7200 890 EMC, Pure, NetApp, Brocade, Mcdata, Storage Tek Forecasts system demand, recommends upgrades, expansion, and reconfiguration Troubleshoots hardware and software problems, takes appropriate corrective actions and/or interacts with other support staff or vendors in performing testing, support, and troubleshooting
    
  • Technical Experience : Deep knowledge in one or more of the storage domain EMC VNX, DD7200 890 EMC, Pure, NetApp, Brocade, Mcdata, Storage Tek trong working knowledge of storage technologies ie, SAN, NAS, iSCSI, Fiber Channel, Enterprise Storage Arrays, Data Replication Preferred to have data backup knowledge in Netbackup or Backup Exec Knowledge of UNIX and Wintel environments, hardware and operating systems
