Key Responsibilities
Provide Secure cloud print Operational support
Test and manage Secure Cloud Print infrastructure
Test Cloud print application and facilitate deployment of the app
Coordinate between various teams to enable printing network across offices, open ports etc
Test and update printer software on the workstations
Mitigate backend printer infrastructure vulnerabilities
Provide end user support on printer software 8 Act as Tier 3 contact for printer infrastructure and POC for vendor

Technical Experience
In depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating systems
Knowledge of SCCM deployment of software process
Knowledge of SharePoint site management and editing forms
Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing process and templates
Knowledge of how to raise change requests in ServiceNow
Professional Attributes
Inter cultural awareness working in a geographically dispersed environment across time zones and cultures
Strong English written verbal communication skills
Self motivated individual, ability to work autonomously without direct supervision
Flexible with work hours and open for weekends
