  • Key Responsibilities : 1: Patching, migration and upgrading IBM Tivoli Netcool software components 2: Probe rules files development for Tivoli EIF, Socket and SNMP 3: Development of ObjectServer triggers and procedures 4: Writing Netcool Impact policies, Bespoke script development perl, shell, etc Integrations with a variety of third party tools and solutions
    

  • Technical Experience : The candidate will have significant experience in the following IBM Tivoli products:

    Netcool Operations Insight NOI and core Netcool components, specifically Omnibus 8x Webtop/WebGUI 81 Impact 71 Socket, MTTRAPD and EIF Probes SNMP rules development integration

    
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1:Web technologies: JSP, SOAP, rest etc 2: SNMP rules dev integration, 3: SW Dev Lifecycle techniques 4: JIRA/Git/Bitbucket and using Pull Requests 5: Strong testing methodology and experience ideally in HP ALM Splunk / integration with Netcool 6: A strong background in the UNIX
