  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Client installation of Sybase IQ 2 IQ Database Restoration 3 Configuring the Sybase IQ parameters 4 IQ database performance issues 5 IQ Database upgrade 6 Applying patches on Production servers 7 Maintain the database remote in sync in multiplex setup 8 Sybase SQL Anywhere replication 9 SQL anywhere DB restoration 10 Granting permissions for the user tables in SQL anywhere 11 Troubleshooting Deadlock and blocking issues in SQL Anywhere
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Candidate should have at last 3 years of experience in managing Sybase SQLAnywhere instances and Sybase SQL 2 Should have at least 1 years experience in managing either MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle/DB2/MSSQL technology 3 Excellent troubleshooting skills on Sybase Database technologies 4 Candidate should have 4 -6 yrs of hands-on experience in managing Sybase Database Administration 5 Should have expertise in Database recovery situations 6 Experience on cross platform migrations and replication
