Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1. Engineer, build and manage complete automation solutions using a combination of open-source, commercial technologies and in-house developed tools as appropriate. 2. Develop and maintain the automated provisioning of automation components. 3. Work with monitoring teams to outline monitoring requirements and ensure effective support models. 4. Ability to identify process gaps and implement improvements5. Analyze and resolve complex infrastructure resource and application deployment issues.
    
  • Technical Experience : 1. Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery principles and methodologies. 2. Experienced in software development and build or release management in private and or public cloud. 3. Good knowledge of CI Management tools -Jenkins or similar. 4. Good understanding of build tools -Maven or Gradle. 5. Strong knowledge of version control software -Git or similar. 6. Commercial experience in modern Configuration Management systems -CHEF, Ansible, Puppet, Terraform or similar
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1. Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization 2. Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision 3. Should be open to work in shifts.
