      Service Management Tool Integration

      The Mobilization Transition Service Management team requires Transition Service Management Process specialists to work on successful transition activities to enable the Accenture delivery teams with the required process ticketing tools knowledge and there by increasing our market leading position

      Client facing role with internal delivery coordination, setup from Service Management perspective during Project service trans


    • Technical Experience : Strong planning and organizational skills required with atleast 6 years experience in IT Infrastructure / Applications projects Strong experience of the ITIL service management disciplines within the context of service operations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to develop processes, frame problems, and recommend relevant improvements based on supporting data Experience in implementing cross-functional processes, process improvements and delivering desired results
    • Professional Attributes : - Excellent presentation skills, - Excellent written, communication and organization skills - Open to relocation - If required - Open to rotational shifts
    • Educational Qualification : Graduate or above
    • Additional Information : Minimum certification required is ITILv3/4 Foundation At least 1 ITIL Intermediate certification
