  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : - To own, manage, govern and continually improve a number of Service Management processes across the entire client ecosystem consisting of a set of large Service Providers - Ensure Service Management processes are designed and managed to complement enterprise Agile/DevOps ways of working - Establish, maintain and continually update guardrails and standards for the Service Management processes - Facilitate adoption of the Service Management practices by the Agile/DevOps teams
    • Technical Experience : - Thorough knowledge and working experience across multiple parts of the Service lifecycle - design, transition and operations - Strong working experience in SIAM engagements - Experience of a complex operational environment and working with multiple service delivery organizations provided by third parties - Good understanding of Agile/DevOps practices and modern IT Operations practices - Strong planning and organizational skills underpinned by 10-12 years experience in IT Infrastructure
    • Professional Attributes : - Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills combined with experience of working and delivering programs in a matrix management environments - Excellent documentation and creative writing skills General Management skills Time management, Communication Skills, Staff Management etc
    • Educational Qualification : Graduate or above
    • Additional Information : Preferred Qualification ITIL 4 MPT, Foundation Certificate in SIAM, PMP, LEAN, AGILE, DEVOPS
