  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : Accenture Service Integration SI Capability provides people, processes, and tooling to integrate the services of an ecosystem of internal and external service providers The SI Capability enables a comprehensive range of integrations, including disciplines in operations, projects, performance, and planning, all targeted at transforming the IT function The SI Capability supports both projects to enable a client to establish a Service Integration layer or for Accenture to run Service Integration se
    • Technical Experience : Remain responsible for end to end Performance Management and KPI/Service Levels reporting involving multiple Service Providers to achieve agreed targets Drive the ITSM processes across the SIAM set-up and ensure that the quality of service is maintained in an integrated environment Act as a conduit between different Service Providers in a SIAM engagement and manage communication across different parties Help triage a critical incident and provide all the necessary support
    • Professional Attributes : This is a client facing role which requires excellent presentation, communication and organization skills Successful candidates will be asked to gain a level of security clearance either prior to or upon commencement of employment in support of their allocation to accounts required
    • Educational Qualification : Graduate or Above
    • Additional Information : ITIL Foundation, Foundation Certificate in SIAM
