Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Operations performance reportingdaily, weekly, monthly, chargeability reporting 2 Onboarding Offboarding of resource, maintaining the staffing record up to date 3 Creating demand as per project need, following up with project for slots and coordinating between TFS project for demand closure 4 Creation/deletion and maintain DL access 5 Procurement of project assets and following up till delivery and assignment 6 Taking care of laptop/desktop assignment and replacement
