• Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
• Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Key Responsibilities : - Plan and implement medium to high risk changes on high profile production systems - Analyze and assess the impact and risk of changes on production databases - Resolve difficult/complex incidents affecting the operation/availability of Databases -Install, configure, patch and maintain databases -Manage and support various database backup strategies - Analyze system performance indicators and recommend improvement actions -Monitor vendors release notes and plan necessary upgrades
    
  • Technical Experience : - Installing and configuring new servers and setting up mainenance on standalone servers/containers/cloud servers for all AWS RDS technologies - Configure HA for MySQL/Postgres databases Streaming replication, GTID replication, Read Replicas, MultiAZ etc - Patch and Upgrade the Databases - Design and implement Disaster Recovery for the Databases - Experienced in performing PITR - Performance monitoring and tuning the databases - Configuring and administering any Postgres
    
  • Professional Attributes : - Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization - Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision - Flexible to work in 24/7 shift
    
  • Educational Qualification : 1 Bachelors degree 2 ITIL V3/V4 Foundation certified 3 AWS RDS certified
