  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Installing and configuring weblogic domains 2 Performance monitoring and tuning 3 Installing weblogic patches, service packs etc 4 Automation through Shell or Powershell scripting 5 Troubleshooting logs 6 Liaising with vendors for application issues 7 On-call, incident response and incident management 8 Monitoring the environment
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Candidate should be able to administration of Weblogic application server including installation, configuration, security and monitoring 2 Experience in administration of Fusion MW Components like OTD, OID, LBAAS etc 3 Experience in performance tuning and well versed with performance related issues like slowness, out of memory, server unavailable etc 4 Experience in migration related activities 5 Candidate should be able to apply required security updates, patches
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1 Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization 2 Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision
    
  • Educational Qualification : 1 Higher Level Qualification in a technical subject is desirable 2 Oracle Weblogic certification
