Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Key Responsibilities : -Manage a team comprising of a pool of DBAs Lead daily operations, transition transformation activities -Need to work on Infra Projects in collaboration with Client to design, architecting cost-effective solutions -Should involve in cloud migration activities Chair the ORT SRT calls -Propose CSI ideas Continuously striving for upselling -Continuous focus on automation Ensure SLA, KPI other parameters -Maintain database disaster recovery procedures to ensure continuous availability
    
  • Technical Experience : -14 years of production DBA experience, OCP preferred -Should have knowledge in multi- tenant architecture, RAC, HA always on and at least one cloud technology certification Preferred -Good knowledge in performance tuning, cloud control DB backup / recovery - Automation and scripting experience -Knowledge in PostgreSQL, Sybase, MySQL, DB2, MS SQL SERVER is mandatory -Strong Communication interpersonal skills
    
  • Professional Attributes : -Strong communication with analytical and problem-solving mind to connect with the customers -To support the subordinates in both technical/behavioral competencies -Need to take leadership during any critical issue or outage -Ability to work under pressure and 247 support
    
  • Educational Qualification : -ITIL and Agile methodologies -DBA certified in one of the technologies preferably in MS SQL
